Right away! Our online rental system allows for 24-hour service. As long as there is a unit available that meets your needs, you can sign up electronically and move in anytime during Access Hours.
Your rent is typically due on the first (1st) day of the month. If payment is not received by the end of the 5th day, a late fee of $20 is assessed and your unit will be overlocked.
We accept check, money order, cash, ACH and all major credit / debit cards. You may mail your payment, pay via our website or mobile app, pay by phone or provide us a card number over the telephone.
Our West Michigan offices and phone lines are staffed 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am – 2pm on Saturdays.
Our Call Center answers Mon - Sat 7am - 11pm, Sun 10am - 6pm.
Some of our facilities do not have an office onsite, but we are only a phone call away.
You must provide your own lock - We strongly recommend a “disc lock” which provides the best security. You must keep your unit locked at all times. We inspect all locks weekly.

- Out the main entrance, turn right onto M-45/Lake Michigan Dr
- Make the first U-turn to head back west on M-45/Lake Michigan Dr
- At the second light, by the new BP, turn right onto 48th Ave
- Boxer Storage - Allendale will be on the left
From Allendale Charter Twp, MI:
- Head south on 68th Ave toward M-45/Lake Michigan Dr
- Turn left on M-45/Lake Michigan Dr
- Just past 48th Ave, by Burger King and the new BP, make a Michigan left turn to go north on 48th Ave
- Boxer Storage - Allendale will be on the left
From Standale, Walker, MI:
- Take M-11 E/Wilson Ave NW towards M-45/Lake Michigan Dr
- Head west on M-45/Lake Michigan Dr down through the Grand River Valley
- Just past GVSU, by Burger King and the new BP, turn right to go north on 48th Ave
- Boxer Storage - Allendale will be on the left
From Allendale:
- Head east on M-45/Lake Michigan Dr
- Just past 48th Ave, by Burger King and the new BP, make a Michigan left turn to go north on 48th Ave
- Boxer Storage - Allendale will be on the left
From Georgetown Township, MI:
- Head on 20th Ave toward Baldwin St
- Turn westbound on Baldwin St
- Turn right onto 36th Ave
- Turn left onto Bauer Rd
- Turn right onto 48th Ave
- Go north for 4 miles
- Boxer Storage - Allendale will be on the left
From Hudsonville, MI:
- Head west on Van Buren St toward School Ave
- Just outside of town, turn right on 48th Ave to go past Unity Christian High School
- Go north for 7 miles
